Graduated in psychology and become a clinical psychology at Universidade São Marcos (São Paulo – Brazil);
Post graduated in Social Psychology at PUC-SP (Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – Brazil) developing research on social male identity;
Worked as a Sex Therapist at Instituto H. Ellis (São Paulo – Brazil) from 1984 to 1997;
Since 1997 directs the Instituto Paulista de Sexualidade, which that founded with other fellows Sex Specialists;
Author of 25 books in human sexuality in Portuguese language and 5 in Spanish Language, and 26 chapters about psychosexology in Medical and Psychological books. Oswaldo has authored over 140 scientific articles in Scientific Journals;
Editor of “Terapia Sexual “ journal specialized in Sex therapy, published in portuguese and spanish, since 1998, twice a year;
In clinical sexology has been dealing with male and female sexual dysfunctions, couples therapy and paraphilias;
Main researches are about male sexual dysfunctions and paraphilias;
General Secretary for the FLASSES Latin American Federation for Sexology and Sex Education (1998-2002), for which edits the monthly Internet Electronic Bulletin Flasses on Line
General Secretary for the ALAPSISEX – Latin American Association for Psychological Sexology (1998-2002);
